LUMPSUM OPTIONS
With Lump sum BIM projects, we can take care of all your BIM requirements as an outsourced BIM consultant. We quote a lump sum for the works such as modeling, drawing extraction, clash detection, and all the services we offer. We will take care of all BIM requirements of an agreed scope of work for a fixed price.
BENEFITS OF LUMPSUM
In lump sum option, we bid a single fixed price for all activities in the project scope.
We bear all the risks associated with this option and are responsible for estimating project costs.
The payments are made after fixed duration and that too based on the amount of work completed.
